Dr. Rodrigo Sandoval is an Industrial Strategy & Public Policy Advisor. He advises governments on industry and technology, helping leaders turn industrial capability into lasting regional growth.
He is an engineer by training. He holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, an MSc in Energy from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an MBA from EGADE Business School, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). He has taught engineering at CETYS Universidad.
Through his companies and brands, including IOXN Group and LNG Cluster, a global energy-sector community he founded in 2014, he builds bridges between people and institutions across borders. He works in English and Spanish on one central idea: regions prosper when industry, government, academia and citizens invest in human and professional development together.
